The problem is if the black tank is overfilled in your drawing it will overflow into the gray water tank before it starts to show up in the toilet bowl.

We basically are moving water from the fresh water tank bypassing the grey water and transferring it to the black water which does not normally get filled.
You need to redraw your diagram and show the gray tank vent connecting higher on the vent stack.
